Block Clothing Terms and
Conditions
We have kept our terms simple for a very good
reason, they are designed to clarify what standard of service
you can expect and make clear our trading standards. If you ever
feel we have not delighted you then please contact us and we
promise to do our very best to rectify the situation.
By placing an order with us you will be deemed
to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and
Conditions.
UK Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders placed by mail-order or on the web
are usually despatched to arrive with UK customers within 28
working days, however we will despatch your order as soon as
your items are sourced or in stock. In the event that an item is
temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and
despatch it as soon as it arrives.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products
that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of
receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or,
at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned
complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original
packaging. Please note that any clothing which contains wording
or logo's specific to individuals or clubs which make the
clothing impossible to re-distribute can not be returned under
any circumstances, unless damaged, so please ensure all spelling is correct when
submitting your order.
Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be
required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel
the contract within this time any payments made by you will be
refunded in full. Where you have requested specific logo's /
wording on your garments, your right to cancel applies up until
the garments are printed. |
